We firmly believe that the future of AI is in the hands of the next generation. That's why we are committed to investing in the future of AI by providing opportunities for students to work on cutting-edge research in AI.

What is the Undergraduate Research Program?

Our undergraduate research program is a year-long program that provides opportunities for students to work alongside industry-leading researchers here at GPT-Research.

You'll join a batch of 10 students, and you'll get a chance to directly contribute to our research. You'll also get a chance to work on your own research projects, and you'll get a chance to publish your work.

What are the Requirements?

Our requirements are simple. You must be a student at a College or University, and you must be passionate about AI. We don't care about your GPA, and we don't care about your SAT scores. We only care about your passion for AI.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Passion for AI
• Technical Skills (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Communication Skills
• Ability to Work Well With Others

As you can see, we don't expect you to have a PhD and 1000+ years of experience. We understand that you're still in school, and we understand that you're still learning. That's why we're here to help you learn.

What Will I Learn?

You'll learn a lot.

If you decide to join the Research Team, you'll learn how to conduct research, and you'll learn how to publish your work. Academia can be hard to navigate, but we'll be there to guide you every step of the way.

If you decide to join the Product Team, you'll learn how to take research and turn it into a product. You'll learn how to build a product from the ground up, and you'll learn how to ship it to customers.

This is of course only a small sample of what you'll learn, but regardless of which team you join, you'll learn a lot.

Is This a Summer Internship?

No. This is a year-long program.

We expect applicants to commit to the program for at least one year. We understand that you may have other commitments, and we understand that you may have other obligations. That's why we're flexible with our schedule.

Our only requirement is that you relocate to our Silicon Valley office for the duration of the program. We'll provide you with free housing, free food, and free transportation and a stipend of up to $10,000 / month.

What Happens After the Program?

After the program, you'll have the option to join us full-time upon graduation. We'll also provide you with a letter of recommendation, and we'll help you find a job if you decide to leave us.

You're not locked into anything, and you're free to do whatever you want after the program. But 100% of our students decide to join us full-time upon graduation. There's no other company in the world that offers the kind of opportunities that we offer here at GPT-Research.

What Happens after I apply?

We'll review your application, and we'll get back to you if you meet our requirements. The next step is to schedule an interview with you. If you pass the interview, we'll send you an offer letter!

I'm a non-US citizen. Can I still apply?

Yes! We accept applicants from all over the world. We have a lot of international students here at GPT-Research, and we're proud of that.

What Is The Deadline?

None. We do applications on a rolling basis, so there is no deadline. However, we do have a limited number of spots available, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.

What Is The Selection Process?

We have a rigorous selection process, and we only accept the best of the best. We look for students who are passionate about AI, and who are excited to work on cutting-edge research.

What Does The Interview Process Look Like?

The interview process is simple. We'll ask you a few questions about your background, and we'll ask you a few questions about your interests. We'll also ask you a few questions about your technical skills.

What Happens If I Don't Get Accepted?

If you don't get accepted, don't worry. We'll keep your application on file, and we'll contact you if we have any openings in the future.

What Happens If I Get Accepted?

If you get accepted, congratulations! You'll be joining a batch of 10 students, and you'll get a follow up email with more information about the program.
